A link or a screenshot you are allowed to share can help. The server does not send or receive that mail, so delivery depends on the mailbox itself.

Translation history is stored for the account that created it. It is not a public gallery. If your complaint is about text inside someone else’s account, say so plainly. The operator may not be able to see that text without the account holder.
