Support, privacy, and security use one address: zenvorafounder@gmail.com.

The ZENVORA server does not send or receive that mail. The website lists the address. It does not open a ticket and it does not promise a reply.

There is no phone number and no postal address on file.

Privacy controls

The account page links to the terms, the privacy policy, and the cookie policy. When the ZENVORA API is reachable and you are signed in, that page can delete translation history, download an export, and delete the account. The password is required only for account deletion. The phone app has the same actions in Settings. Accounts and saved translations use the ZENVORA API on this website.

On this public website, those buttons do not change an account and do not start a translation.
