Your messages
You keep your messages. You keep the rights you already had in the text you type. ZENVORA does not claim ownership of that text, and it does not claim ownership of the translation as a way to take your words from you.
A translation is machine output. This page does not promise that the output is free of third-party rights, and it does not transfer a copyright registration to you.
Licence to operate the service
You give the operator a licence to host, copy, transmit, and display your text and the result only so ZENVORA can provide the service you asked for. That includes sending the text to MyMemory or OpenAI, storing it for history, and showing it back to your account.
The licence is non-exclusive. It is not a sale. It lasts for a stored copy while that copy remains on the server. When you delete a translation, or delete the account, the SQLite copy is removed as described on the retention page. Copies already sent to a provider are not pulled back by this licence, because this build cannot delete them at the provider.
The licence is not permission to publish your history on a public page. The product does not do that.
The ZENVORA product
The ZENVORA name, the website wording, and the app are used by the operator. The legal owner of that name is not filled in here.

Do not copy the product and present it as your own service. Third-party tools keep their own rights. MyMemory, OpenAI, Stripe, Vercel, and Google Fonts are not owned by ZENVORA.
Feedback
If you email a suggestion to zenvorafounder@gmail.com, this draft does not make that suggestion the operator’s property and does not promise a payment. There is no separate feedback assignment programme.
