Refund and cancellation
How cancellation works
You can cancel a Stripe subscription any time. After you cancel, access stays until the period that already started ends. Cancel-at-period-end is how the server records that. When the period end passes, Premium stops.
If a Stripe customer exists for the account, the billing portal is the place the server can send you to manage the subscription. If Stripe is not configured, or there is no customer yet, nothing has been charged and there is no subscription to cancel.
You can also write to zenvorafounder@gmail.com. The server does not send or receive that mail. Writing does not, by itself, cancel a Stripe subscription. Stripe has to record the cancellation.
Refunds
This draft does not promise a refund. It also does not invent a rule that refunds are never available. A refund, if any, is a decision for that payment. The owner has not published a refund procedure, a deadline, or a partial-refund formula.
Opening the success URL does not charge you and does not unlock Premium. If checkout is cancelled before you pay, the app says you were not charged by ZENVORA.
The trial
When Stripe is configured, the Checkout Session includes a 7-day trial and nothing is charged during it. Cancel before renewal if you do not want the disclosed price to start. If Stripe is not configured, no trial starts and you are not charged. There is no extra trial.
App stores
App Store and Google Play refunds are those stores’ processes. Those stores are not connected. POST /v1/billing/app-store and POST /v1/billing/play return 501 and do not start a purchase, so there is no store receipt to refund through ZENVORA.
